Happy Birthday to me. Now I can drink legally in the states. Whee. *insert enthusiasm here*
However, had a good time being taken out for dinner at Tucker's Market, then saw the snow and ice sculptures down at City Hall.
When I got home, got a call from my parents. I talked for way too long, but it's good. My mom goes in for hip replacement on Tuesday. I'm not too worried (as she said, jaw surgery is much more risky and I did that) but I'm glad I talked with her all the same. I was almost honest with her *gasp*... but sadly, she didn't clue in.
I sometimes wish my parents at least suspected that I wasn't exactly straight. *shakes head* /me is pathetic. But you'd think they'd clue in with how opinionated I am towards current civil rights issues... >_>; Oh well.
Oh, and my eldest brother is finally going to be a Daddy. So now I have no pressure to produce grand kids, LOL.
